Four modern buildings with 1,300m2 each, totaling 5,200m2, equipped with large capacity cranes. The offices are attached to the manufacturing building, adding another 1,056m2 to the complex. The total 19,000 m2 are completed by cargo maneuver and leisure areas.
PR2 Test Laboratory
The PR (Performance Requirement) Test is one of the most modern and technological bunkers in Brazil for testing API 6A and API 17D products. Equipped with proprietary software, thermal chamber for a range of -65ºC to 180ºC, hyperbaric chamber simulating 500m depths, remotely triggered; it can perform tests under H2 or H2O up to 15,000psi, with digital record of all the procedure steps.
Large and modern CNC machines with high-power milling turret allowing full completion of parts in short time spans. Horizontal multitasking lathes with index plate capable of performing all the necessary machining operations for valves in one set up. Turning centers and large vertical lathes with twin pallet allowing multitasking.
Fully equipped with calipers, gauges, profile projectors, 3D measuring arms among other instruments required for dimensional control; as well as instruments for torque control, hardness testers, thickness testers, and non-destructive test tools (UT, MT and LP). Our quality team is certified in accordance with the relevant standards.
Assembly and painting
Equipped with benches, tools, pneumatic and hydraulic torque wrenches. Two machines for cleaning and phosphating parts, sand blasting and grit blasting. Oven for Teflon coating curing, painting area with carousel.
Sophisticated fully automated and digital hydrostatic test stands to perform hydraulic tests according to the applicable standards, recording all the results including the torque. Pool for high-pressure pneumatic test that is fundamental to reliably testing equipment for gas wells.
Stack up test facility that simulates the conditions of a rig in an oil well. The facility is used for testing products such as mudline, connectors, compact wellheads and underwater trees; as well as to provide training for customers.
