Subsea Gate Valve
Gates valves are normally closed, and they can feature either a hydraulic or manual actuator.
The hydraulic actuator has a built-in manual override that allows the diver or the robot to open or close the valve manually.
It is intended to operate at pressures from 1,500 up to 3,000 PSI. It can be provided with a position indicator.
