Water Injection

This type of tree can be manufactured in duplex stainless steel or alloy steel with niquel coating, as per required working conditions. Its T-shaped body allows injection, the use of a block valve and an adapter for tests, to withstand the influence of the well.

Steam Injection

Gate valves specially designed to withstand high temperatures and corrosion form this type of trees. It has a special shaped bonnet that keeps the stem seals away from high temperatures.

They can support up to 5000PSI and can be threaded or flanged, in sizes from 2” to 4”.

CO2 Injection

The valves for a CO2 Injection tree are designed to high wear caused by CO2. The gate is coated with special materials and the tree is supplied with a test flange that can measure the advance of corrosion.

The block trees are compact blocks, with lateral outlets for wing valves, reducing the chances of leakage in favor of the smaller number of connection points, allowing different shapes and working pressures.

The wellhead can be connected directly to the lower connection of the block since it could be supplied with preparation for the tubing hanger neck.
