TYPE MC WITH METAL-TO-METAL SEAL

They incorporate a metal-metal seal on the extended neck. They are suitable for working with premium thread tubing having connections with a metal-metal seal.

TYPE MC-1A

MC-1A hangers have a primary seal energizable by weight and/or by the tie down screws of the tubing spool. They are housed in the MCM and TFF-FC spools.

TYPE MC-1A-BP

Similar to MC-1A hangers, except they are furnished with preparation for a type H back-pressure valve (BPV).

TYPE MC1 AND MC2

MC1 hangers have an extended neck with a secondary seal that allows the primary seal and the flanged connection to be tested. They are furnished with preparation for a type H back-pressure valve (BPV) and are housed in the MCM and TFF-FC tubing spools. MC2 hangers are similar to MC1, except they feature a preparation for a control line.

TYPE MC-1W

They are split hangers that wrap around the tubing and seal the annulus space between the tubing and the spool. They allow the tubing to be moved or rotated under pressure. The annular seal is energized by tightening the the tie down screws of the tubing spool. They are housed in the MCM and TFF-FC spools.

TYPE MC-60 DUAL COMPLETION

The MC-60 dual tubing hangers are housed in the MC-60 tubing spools. They are of the split type and allow the strings of tubing to be lowered independently. The annulus seal is actuated by tightening the tie down screws of the tubing spool . It has two subs at the top to isolate the well pressure and allow the testing of the flanged connection.

TYPE G

The Type G hangers are designed to be housed in Type G wellheads, with upper flange of 7-1/16” and for 2-3/8”, 2-7/8” and 3-1/2” tubings.

TYPE GRE1

Type GRE1 hangers had extended neck with type S secondary seal and threaded for a type H back-pressure valve (BPV).

TYPE GRE2

Type GRE2 hangers had extended neck with type S secondary seal and threaded for a type H back-pressure valve (BPV) and preparation for a control line.

TYPE MC-P1

MCP1 hangers have a primary seal energizable by weight and/or by the tie down screws of the tubing spool. They feature an extended neck that provides a secondary seal to allow the primary seal and the flanged connection to be tested. They are housed in the MCM and TFF-FC spools. They are furnished with preparation for a type H back-pressure valve (BPV).

TYPE MC-1W

They are split hangers that wrap around the tubing and seal the annulus space between the tubing and the spool. They allow the tubing to be moved or rotated under pressure. TYPE DMC DUAL COMPLETION SPLITED

The DMC dual tubing hangers are housed in the DMC tubing spools. They are designed to lower the two tubing strings simultaneously. Both lines are threaded for a type H back-pressure valve (BPV) and an extended neck to isolate the well pressure and allow the flanged connection to be tested.

Compact wellheads allow considerable savings of valuable time and money in the installation of equipment.

They may be of the two-stage or three-stage type heads. The two-stage heads can hang either two strings of casing or one string of casing and one of tubing. The three-stage heads can hang either three strings of casing or two strings of casing and one of tubing. They house either fluted mandrel type casing hangers with flow channels for circulation or slip type hangers for contingencies.

SPLITED CS2 COMPACT WELLHEAD

The Splited compact wellheads have a partitioned body allowing it to be separated in case of contingency to install a slip-lock type casing hanger instead of a Mandrel type casing hanger.

They have snap rings to lock the hangers and eliminate multiple drillings and minimizing leakage point.

They are easy to install and offer enhanced safety.

SPLITED CP2 COMPACT WELLHEAD

Splited as model CS but they have tie down screws to lock the hangers in a way similar to conventional wellheads.

INTEGRAL WELLHEAD

Integral type Compact Wellhead CCPI and CCSI have a single piece body allowing minimizing height, weight and maximizing security by eliminating the flanged joint. In case of contingency, a special tool is required for casing internal cutting in order to install a slip-lock type casing hanger instead of a Mandrel type casing hanger.

Type CCPI compact wellheads have tie screws to lock down the hangers in a way similar to conventional heads.

Type CCSI compact wellheads have snap rings to lock the hangers and eliminate multiple drillings. They are easy to install and offer enhanced safety.
